- And finally, administrative and notarial support through the process until the keys are handed over.
Please note: Our concierge service can also step in after the contract is signed to connect you with architects, contractors, or even moving companies.
It’s not required, but it’s strongly recommended. Having a mortgage estimate or a preliminary approval in advance allows you to view properties with peace of mind, make a quick decision on a property, and avoid disappointments. Our agents can refer you to partner brokers or banks if needed.
