Joining L’Agencerie means becoming part of an ambitious network that values its franchisees and supports them at every stage of their venture, from the agency’s launch to its first contracts. Today, the network has 6 agencies in France and continues to expand throughout the country.

Comprehensive support, from project planning to operations

The initial training program, provided by L’Agencerie Développement (a Qualiopi-certified organization), covers all the fundamentals of the profession—including real estate transactions, rental management, property concierge services, property management, and the network’s tools and methods—over the course of three weeks.

And after the opening, it doesn’t stop:

  • Ongoing training throughout the collaboration.
  • Communication support tailored to three levels depending on your project.
  • Direct access to feedback from other franchisees.

Clear pricing, aligned with your success

  • Entry fee: 10,000 € (excluding tax)
  • Initial training: 5,000 € (excluding tax)
  • Operating fee: 600 € (excl. tax) per month + 2% (excl. tax) of revenue
  • Communication fee: 3% of revenue, excluding tax

This communication fee funds a shared budget that promotes the network’s visibility and supports each branch locally.
