Agencerie Développement, a real estate training organization within the network

Being a real estate agency manager, agent, or administrator is a demanding job. It requires continuous professional development: the legal framework is evolving, tools are changing, and so are client expectations.

To meet this need, L’Agencerie Développement created its own real estate training organization. Our training programs cover the entire spectrum of the real estate profession, from beginner to expert levels: ethics, lead generation, transactions, rental management, concierge services, property management, digital tools, and the network’s sales methods.

They are intended for franchisees, their employees, and, more broadly, anyone involved in the network.

Our Training Programs for Real Estate Professionals

  • Initial training upon opening a branch: A three-week structured program, automatically provided whenever a new L’Agencerie branch opens. This foundation covers all the basics: real estate transactions, rental management, concierge services, property management, and the network’s specific tools and methods. It ensures consistent practices across all branches.
  • Continuing education for real estate agents and managers:
    In addition to the initial training, our instructors offer regular sessions throughout the year: regulatory updates, in-depth training by specialty, and support for employees joining an agency that is already in operation.
  • Customized Training for Growing Teams: Whether it’s a new hire, a shift in business focus, or a need for specialization, our trainers design training programs tailored to each agency’s current situation and specific needs.

Qualiopi Certification: What It Means in Practice

Agencerie Développement has been Qualiopi-certified since December 2024. This certification guarantees an audited quality framework for all of our training programs, from needs assessment to final evaluation.

In practical terms, this means that the training courses offered by L’Agencerie Développement are eligible for financial support from OPCOs —a direct way to invest in building teams’ skills without straining the agency’s cash flow.
