Pour que cette exon&eacute;ration soit applicable, vous devez habiter le logement la majeure partie de l&rsquo;ann&eacute;e. Cela doit &ecirc;tre effectif dans un d&eacute;lai de 2 ans suivant la cession du bien.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&rsquo;exon&eacute;ration ne s&rsquo;applique pas si vous &ecirc;tes propri&eacute;taire, direct ou par personne interpos&eacute;e, d&rsquo;une r&eacute;sidence principale, lors de la cession. C&rsquo;est aussi le cas si vous l&rsquo;avez &eacute;t&eacute; durant les quatre ann&eacute;es pr&eacute;c&eacute;dant la cession de votre bien secondaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>L&rsquo;exon&eacute;ration en cas de faible prix de vente<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si vous vendez un bien valant moins de 15 000 &euro;, vous &eacute;chappez automatiquement &agrave; l&rsquo;imposition sur la plus-value.
